I had a great experience working with Javier at Cobra Stone while helping one of my customers select stone for a very important part of their new swimming pool. From the moment we arrived, Javier went above and beyond. Rather than having us walk around in the Texas heat and through what can obviously be a very busy, active stone yard he drove us around the property and personally showed us the different stone options. What impressed me most was that we weren’t even there to purchase anything that day. We were still in the selection and planning stage, but Javier never rushed us or made us feel like we were wasting his time. He shared his extensive knowledge of the different stone types, answered all of our questions, and helped us narrow down exactly what would work best. For this particular project, the stone is a huge part of the overall design because it will be used around a custom rock waterfall and spa on our customer’s dream pool. Getting the color, size, texture, and overall look right really matters, and Javier was a tremendous help in getting our customers dialed in and confident about their selection. As someone who works with customers on pool projects every day, I really appreciate vendors who understand that great service starts before the sale. Javier represented Cobra Stone extremely well, and I’ll absolutely feel comfortable bringing future customers to him. Thank you, Javier, for the time, knowledge, patience, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
